I grew up in Brazil with food at the centre of everything. The table was where love was spoken. Slowly, through flavour and patience and the smell of something good on the stove.

I've been cooking for tables across the Algarve for years: retreats in the hills, quiet villa evenings, birthday celebrations that stretched well past midnight. My food is Brazilian at its roots and international in its curiosity — a tuna tartare with mango one night, slow-roasted chicken with creamy mash the next.
